BAKED ROLLED CHICKEN

Are you guys having a lovely weekend?

We are having yummy baked rolled chicken for our lunch today.

Ready to cook some yummy lunch with us?

♥ You will need ♥

Organic Chicken Breast
Cooked Organic Quinoa
Any veggies of your choice
Cheese

On a cooking foil (brush little amount of coconut oil), place sliced organic chicken breast, then add cheese and your choice of veggies.

Then it's the fun part.

Roll tightly.

Place rolled chicken on a baking tray, and bake at 220°C for 45 minutes, or until cooked.

Baking time varies depends on oven and also the size of rolled chicken.

When it's all cooked nicely, remove the foil, and cool little bit. Then slice into bite sizes.

It's better to slice them when rolled chicken is cooled, otherwise it will break easily.

We served with cooked quinoa, cooked carrot, and topped with greek yogurt.

Also sprinkled with flaxseed and chopped parsley.

Looks yummy, isn't it?

Enjoy! ♥
